• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

• Product colors may vary slightly due to different screen displays and lighting conditions.

• Each product is handcrafted, so minor variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and add to the uniqueness of the product.

3. Orders & Acceptance

• Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

• Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

• We may cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

• In case of cancellation, you will be refunded fully.

4. Payments

• Cash on Delivery (COD) – available on select products

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (Free on orders above ₹999)

• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (extra charges apply)

• International Shipping: 7-14 business days (contact us for rates)

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural disasters.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please read our Return Policy carefully:

• 7-day easy returns from the date of delivery

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging

• Handcrafted/customized items are non-returnable unless damaged

• For damaged or defective products, we offer full refund or free replacement

• Return shipping is free for defective products

To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days with your order ID and photos of the product.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

7. Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it

• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled

• To cancel, email us at care@carybu.com with your order ID

• Cancelled orders will be refunded fully
